Lead Times and Delivery

Creating bespoke interiors requires time. Lead times include careful craftsmanship and delivery to your location. We provide updates throughout production so you know when your items will arrive. Each piece is delivered with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Important Note on Returns

Because each item is made specifically for you, standard cancellation rights under UK consumer law do not apply. Orders cannot be cancelled simply because preferences change. We do, however, ensure that any items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose are resolved promptly.
